Mobilise, align and strengthen the body. Suitable for new beginner, refresher, returning to Pilates, technique focus.
Challenge Mobility, Strength and Endurance while maintaining Alignment. Suitable for anyone who has done Pilates before, beginner welcome need to attend an assessment first.
