Never done yoga before or just the odd class here and there? Curious to know what the fuss is all about?
Join us Monday evenings for a welcoming introduction to yoga in a safe and fun space. Get to grips with the basics of yoga and carve out time for your own well-being.
Over six transformational weeks you will gain insight into basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), bandhas (energy locks), drishti (gaze points), philosophy and relaxation (mediation). You’ll leave with the groundwork and confidence to attend regular classes or begin a home-practice.
Suitable for yoga beginners or those looking to refine and refresh what they already know.
