The ‘Method’ course is perfect for beginners wanting an introduction to safe and effective yoga training and regular practitioners wanting to clarify, ground and develop their practice. These classes use techniques to awaken the major muscle groups and sensitise the joints, to support ease and stability in movement or stillness.
Mats, blocks and blankets provided if needed.
