The Beginners Level 2 Yoga Course is perfect for those looking to expand their yogic knowledge and practice of asanas. This course focuses on further practice of the basic postures, simple variations and the first preparations for inversions. Yes inversions!
As this is a level 2 course, some yoga experience is preferable. This course will help you take your yoga practice to the next level, and will help you to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Over the 6 classes, you will work through more challenging yoga sequences, develop your pranayama exercises, deepen your meditation practice and delve into deeper yoga philosophy.
In this interactive course, you will have the freedom to ask as many questions as you’d like and will have hands-on help by the teacher. This will be a fun, explorative and expectation-free environment for you to experiment as always at your own pace. The course will also be a great way to open your mind, be playful, and empower yourself to step outside of your comfort zone.
It is for those that have recently completed the Beginners Yoga Course, are getting back into yoga or are looking to be introduced to the yoga lifestyle (aside from the physical poses) and deepen their knowledge of yogic practice.

No class will take place on the 22 July. There will be a weeks break here.
EARLY BIRD OFFER: £60 for six classes. Early bird expires 18 June. Course will then be priced at £72.
