Tai Chi & Qi Gong Classes

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Exercises for balance, breathing and coordination to relax the body and calm the mind.
Qi Gong is breathing exercises that induce a state of relaxation and focussed energy. The exercises are good for general health and develop a sense of well being by lifting the mood and raising the spirit.
Classes are every Wednesday bring 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at Wanstead United Reform Church, Nightingale Lane E11 2HD. £10 per class
Tai Chi is a moving meditation good for developing balance and coordination as well as core strength as well as mental concentration and focus. One learns a set of movement sets or forms, the whole set being known as ‘The Form’. The aim of The Form is to exercise muscles, joints and ligaments and improve circulation.
