Join Adalet for a 90 minute Shamanic Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath as we start to turn inwards with Gratitude to the warmth of the Sun and invite in the Autumn Equinox. A time of year when the surrounding days of light and dark are equal, where we celebrate all the love and abundance that Mother Earth has given us this year.

In Sacred Space we connect in with the beautiful spirit of Cacao, the powerful yet loving plant medicine known as the “Food of the Gods,” from the rich tapestry of history from Meso America. Adalet will guide you inviting you to open your hearts and embrace the profound healing properties of this sacred plant medicine as we then sip together in Ceremony.

From there, we move into a Sound Bath of the Gong, Himalayan, Alchemy and Crystal Singing Bowls and with supporting sound instruments and with intention, it’s a time for you to surrender to the sound vibrations, receive clarity, nurture & rest.
