Eddie and Victor will discuss their experiences on their respective career journeys, current affairs and local issues before taking questions from the audience.

Eddie is an actor, radio broadcaster (with a regular show on BBC Radio London) and stand-up comedian. He has appeared in comedy series including Desmonds and the Real McCoy, and Death in Paradise to name a few. His radio show is a must listen for London commuters during drive time. Eddie was the winner of the speech broadcast category at the Sony Radio Broadcast awards 2007.
Victor (Lord Victor Adebowale CBE) has had a long career in public services covering housing, (he was CEO of the youth homeless charity
Centrepoint), mental health, and healthcare (he is the current chair of the NHS confederation representing healthcare leaders across the UK). For more than 19 years he was CEO of social enterprise Turning Point which delivers healthcare services to over 100k people in 300 locations, growing the organisation from £20M to more than £130m working across public, private and non divided organisations. He is a visiting professor at the University of Lincoln, sits as a cross bench peer and is leadership coach and speaker.
