Kinema: Coco
Following our inaugural run at the Fringe, The Wanstead Curtain on Hermon Hill is back just in time for Halloween!
Join us as we reanimate the Wanstead Kinema with a spook-tacular lineup: Sleepy Hollow (Thurs 31st Oct 7:30pm) and Coco (Sat 2nd Nov 6pm).
Doors open from 5pm with a selection of (non-alcoholic) drinks at the Curtain Bar, sweet shop and the Kinema popcorn machine. Bring your fancy dress, mums and dads. (Children in fancy dress also permitted.)
Coco is Pixar’s 2017 animated fantasy film inspired by the Mexican Day of the Dead festival. The story follows 12-year old Miguel as he attempts to follow his love of guitar (despite his family’s long-standing ban on music), and accidentally embarks on a death-defying journey to solve the mystery of his great-great-grandfather.
