The Wanstead Curtain Christmas Party (and Elf screening)

Join us for a FREE Community Christmas Party plus “Elf” screening at Wanstead’s newest venue – The Wanstead Curtain!

Drop in to the Curtain on Sun 8th December from 2 – 6pm for:

  • Open House: See the Curtain for yourself
  • Elf screening: Watch everyone’s favorite Christmas film on the Kinema big screen (Elf will be showing from 3:30 – 5pm)
  • Live music: Get festive with some Christmas-themed music. “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear” – Buddy the Elf
  • The Point Bar: A selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to mull over
  • Plus more festive fun: Make smiling your favourite with Christmas trees, popcorn, sparkly treats and more

For this year’s Wanstead Fringe Festival, the Methodist Church Hall on Hermon Hill was transformed into a new community arts venue (learn more here).

It will now be open for business throughout the year hosting theatre, Kinema screenings, book events, music and more.
