So that is four man hairdressers on the High Street. A few too many??
A good 80% of stories on this website could simply have the post Supply & Demand in the comments and then close it down as it answers pretty much everything here.

I think that anybody who takes the risk of opening a business on the High Street should be admired and supported – when viewed against the background of the Councils intention to introduced unwanted parking controls that will adversely impact on the ability of the survival of the High Street
