Great to see so many people at the War Memorial on Sunday. Please add the approx. 50 or so people who attended the 11 a.m. service at the Garden of Remembrance at Snaresbrook – a very good service attended by two local councillors with wreaths laid by both the Metropolitan Police and the Fire Brigade – not forgetting the small boy in a wheelchair who laid his simple wooden cross alongside the wreaths.
