City of London is responsible as it’s in Epping Forest. I asked the Warden who replied that the pond is due to be cleaned up in the spring but no resources for regular tidy.. I can’t see how the boat can get out when the birds are nesting. Would not take a lot of effort for a litter picker to pick up bottles etc with a net.
We are responsible. Don’t leave trash. It’s simple
Totally agree with Keila.
I cannot believe the amount of litter I see on my way to Snaresbrook station and back. I would never think of dropping litter and people who do should be ashamed especially when there are so many bins around.
