Exam preparation time was not a sensible choice for when to do this work.
Indeed Liz, as you would know there would be perhaps ten Wanstead High School students in there, after school, each day. It’s a least a bus ride to any alternative for them. I’m surprised LB Redbridge did not, apparently, consider this – surely the work could have undertaken in the summer?
Typically thoughtless. Demonstrates how undervalued our libraries are.
