possibly true, but not a disaster since you can get them less than 10 minutes walk away in Leytonstone (doesn’t the Larder have Parmesan though?)
They have parmesan at the Co-Operative. It might not be the best quality, though. I think I saw some in the Larder, too.
even tesco does parmesan (oops naughty word…)
anyway surely you can substitute polyfilla with philadelphia in most recipes.
