It’s checking the flow of traffic in the Area.
I know the lady who put it up, she is proving that since the Parking Restrictions were put in place that Wanstead is a Ghost Town.
There are another six of these around the High Street, I can share the URL and the site with the Analytics if you wish?
I don’t think that’s a camera.
It looks more like a touch-in point for security guards/policemen to record their rounds.
It looks to be pointing the wrong way to monitor traffic
