Very sad to see some nitwit has defaced the nightingale mural at the top of Nightingale Lane. It’s amazing, in a way, that the bird has survived since Sept 2021 untouched. But here’s hoping former glory can be recovered.

That is a shame. I will find out if Wood Street Walls can touch it up and the cost.
Such a pity. Love the mural. There is an increasing problem with graffiti around Wanstead. We should get used to flagging up to the Council to see if it can be addressed.
